World Cultures Celebration Night
Date: Wednesday, December 4
Time: 6-8 p.m.
How to Participate:
- Host a Booth/Display
- Represent any culture or country, individually or with other families.
- Families with multiple cultures can host more than one booth but ensure someone is present at each booth throughout the event.
- If your family is rooted in American culture or you aren't sure how you can participate, we welcome you to represent a state/country/culture/tradition that is important or of interest to your family.
- Perform
- Share a talent related to your culture—solo or group performances are welcome.
- Performances should be 5 minutes or less.
You can represent any country, culture, or heritage, including U.S. cultures and Indigenous Peoples.

Materials: you can pick up a blank tri-fold poster at the TRES office or provide your own.

Display Options: bring items like heirlooms, flags, maps, photos, recipes, clothing, sports equipment, and food samples. If serving food, please provide your own supplies and submit an ingredient list to PTSA.
Performance Information:
- Sign up with this form. Indicate if you want to perform once or twice during the event.
- Music: provide a music file if needed. Please email the music file to PTSA.
- Examples of performances: dance, music, crafts, sports demonstrations, etc.
If You Prefer to Just Attend:
Join us as a guest! Collect passport stamps, enjoy performances, and participate in activities. Turn in your passport card for a chance to win a family board game.
REIMBURSEMENT:
New this year: $50 reimbursement is being offered to each table to support the generosity of families who provide guests with food, drink or small gifts. Receipts are required for all reimbursements and must be submitted to Treasurer@TRESPTSA.org.
